ABOUT THE ARTIST
N'zinga Macedo, better known as Nakrissa, has a background in artistic photography, but began her professional career in photojournalism in the 1990s. Over the years, Nakrissa's documentary and journalistic perspective quickly became the basis for capturing and personalizing everyday scenes...and from her everyday life was born the desire to portray herself through techniques widely applied in artistic and abstract photography (long exposure, double exposure, etc), building a language of fragmentation and defragmentation of images.
